Hawaii Says HI began as a modern lifestyle boutique located within Warehouse3540 on Kauai. One of my dearest friends and I combined our skillsets and had the privilege of running this small biz until Covid required us to rethink our entire business model and pivot to create the island's first sustainable goods refill shop known as Refill Kaua'i. I created the brand icon and designs for both businesses. With a goal of making the whole aesthetic of our little shops cohesive, I also enjoyed designing our own packaging for every item we stocked from bar soaps to eucalyptus steamer tablets and more. Another facet to both of these businesses is the jewelry line, Mira Kaua'i, that we create by hand. I have designed the jewelry cards for these and love forming and pounding each piece.
